Does FarStar® medical use latex in its products?

No. We don’t use natural rubber (latex) in our products. They are all latex-free.

Do you have detailed information about your products?

Yes, of course. Upon request we provide detailed technical and scientific information on all our products in the form of product data sheets.

Are there reports and expert opinions on the quality of your products?

Yes. All our products are tested according to approved and current standards. We will gladly make the results available to you upon request.

Is it possible to receive a visit from one of your sales representatives on request?

Yes. Our sales representatives as well as our office employees are happy to be at your disposal for individual consulting.

How long does delivery take?

Generally, our carrier delivers your order within 1−3 workdays to your delivery address. Of course, you can also choose a different delivery address to your billing address.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please contact us for detailed shipping rate information to your order’s destination.

Does FarStar® medical also deliver to retailers, pharmacies or private persons?

Yes, we do. Our products are IFA-listed and provided with the bar codes of the PZN (Pharma Central Number).
